Project Manager
Job Summary: Work directly with our clients to oversee project management aspects of projects, including track staffing demands, timelines, milestones, deliverables, budgets, communicate status with client and develop contingency plans. Throughout all activities you will be expected to be the primary liaison between the client, project team and GP Strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects to ensure efficient work processes and client satisfaction
- Work in a team structure, including virtual team members
- Work within set project budgets and timelines
- Create master schedules
- Track and communicate progress towards milestones
- Proactively identify and manage issues/risks
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or comparable field with practical experience managing multiple projects, working within a formal development process, strategic planning experience, troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication skills.

Project Coordinator
Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the integrity of project documentation and collaboration sites, coordinating final project and document reviews and close out tasks and supporting the project manager and project team to meet customer and company expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Support activities designed communicate key project information to internal and external stakeholders:
- Maintain integrity of collaboration SharePoint sites.
- Support project teams in collecting and sharing key project status and commitment dates.
- Support and / or prepare weekly status reports for individual projects.
- Schedule and support all customer documentation reviews.
- Coordinate the final project close out processes.
- Support and participate in project team meetings (or teleconferences).
- Coordinate and supports project team activities with direction from the Project Manager.
- Maintain detailed schedules for the project.
- Make process improvement recommendations to the Project Manager.
- Strive to identify additional opportunities to contribute to the success of the project teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Basic skills in Microsoft Project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Self-starter
- Project coordination experience a plus

Learning and Performance Lead (Course Director)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Establish rapport with client and key stakeholders
- Identify the client's key business issues
- Assess ongoing/evolving client training needs
- Provide recommendations (training solutions) for improvement aligned with the business strategy
- Collect feedback and data for continuous improvement
Team Leadership
- Establish rapport with development team(s) and key stakeholders
- Align internal development processes to deliver on client's vision
- Assess and meet ongoing/evolving team needs to produce results
- Collect feedback and data for continuous improvement
Performance Improvement Consulting
- Perform needs, job, task and environmental analyses for client
- Identify appropriate training and non-training solutions
- Identify/establish metrics for evaluating effectiveness of solutions
Instructional Design and Development
- Analyze subject matter and compile for use in client specific training
- Select appropriate training delivery modes e.g. WBT, ILT, VILT, OJT, etc.
- Select effective performance support tools e.g. job aids, workbooks, etc.
- Follow established methodologies (ADDIE, SAT, etc.) in the development and revision of training solutions
- Leverage subject matter experts to develop training objectives, course content, and practice exercises to support training requirements

Project Management

- At least 3 years demonstrated project management skills
- At least 3 years client or account management experience
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies preferred
- Experience working in Financial, Pharmaceutical or Health Care industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to establish strong business relationships
- Demonstrated ability in communication, conflict resolution, judgment, and dealing with ambiguity

- Write course design documents, learning objectives, course content, scenarios, media scripts, practice activities, and posttests.
- Build effective working relationships with SMEs to efficiently gather content information and feedback.
- Conduct Alpha and Beta tests or other course evaluations, analyze feedback with the client and SMEs, and adjust the training as needed.
- Manage projects efficiently so that tasks are completed on time, problems are anticipated or resolved quickly, and team members are clear on project requirements and schedules.
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of instructional design and performance improvement is required; as well as, excellent project management, team leadership, client facilitation, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must display original thinking and creativity and excel at meeting challenges with resourcefulness and innovative ideas. Must enjoy working with teams in a fast paced, energetic environment.

Designs and implements multimedia applications, animations and graphics by performing the following duties:
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to design and develop highly professional and engaging communication/training products according to the project scope
- Create web graphics, animations, user interfaces, icons, style sheets, templates and layouts for use in projects, product development/implementation and maintenance support.
- Code web pages using standard web languages.
Qualifications:
- Experience using Adobe CS--Flash and Photoshop
- Experience using internet related technologies such as XML, ActionScript, JavaScript or other scripting languages
- Demonstrates ability to effectively and efficiently apply visual and graphic design and usability principles to develop instructional media
- Expertise in a particular area of digital media (video, audio, visual design, UI standards, programming, new technologies, etc.)
